Graphic Design are producing the official Accommodation Guide to the District for 2010 on behalf of Lancaster City Council's Economic Development and Tourism Service.
This comprehensive A4 full colour publication is used as the main marketing tool to promote inspected accommodation for visitors to the area. It will be widely distributed through the national network of Visitor Information Centres in addition to exhibitions, promotions, mailshots and an extensive targeted media campaign which is now producing over 10,000 enquiries per year.

All advertisers will also be given a free entry on Lancaster City Council's tourism websites: citycoastcountryside.co.uk,
visitmorecambe.co.uk
and
visitlancaster.co.uk
which are producing around 22,000 unique visitors per month as well as referrals to your own websites.
The information on your Accommodation Establishment for the websites, 2010 Accommodation Guide and other possible publications will be taken from the Lancashire Online Information Service. For more information on this, please refer to the enclosed correspondence with regard to submitting your details on LOIS.
Please ensure that as an accommodation provider, you have renewed your quality grading and that you regularly update us at the Visitor Information Centres with your availability.
When providing prices on LOIS for use in the 2010 Accommodation Guide, please remember to consider the fact that the commission retained by Lancaster and Morecambe Visitor Information Centres for referral bookings account for 10% of the full stay.
We have also requested a copy of your current cancellation policy for our records on LOIS.

Prices for advertising space in the 2010 edition are all indicated on the order form. To reserve your entry you need to do the following:
1) Download the booking form below and return it along with payment payment to Graphic Design, The Old Station, Coastal Road, Hest Bank, Lancaster, LA2 6HN.
2) Upload your accommodation establishment details onto the LOIS Extranet. (Description, Facilities, Rooms, Prices, Cancellation Policy etc).

3) Provide any artwork for additional advertising as necessary to Graphic Design.
